Hey Londoner, are you a Dogs Trust Superhero?

CALLING ALL LONDONERS: Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It's a Dogs Trust Superhero! Be a Dogs Trust Superhero and join us for the Superhero Run in Regent’s Park, London, on Sunday 19 May - register now!

This is a fun run so it’s not competitive – run, jog, walk or a bit of each! And you can choose a distance of 5K or 10K, perfect for beginners or a family day out. Entries open to 8 years and over - under 16s must be accompanied by an adult - and you can even bring your dog (if you take your pooch you must start at the back and please keep your dog on a lead).

Not only will all participants get a medal but you get a FREE Superhero outfit to take part in and keep! It costs £22 to register and all we ask is you try and raise some sponsorship for Dogs Trust:

Last-minute deal for Arctic Dog Sledding Challenge: help Dogs Trust on the trip of a lifetime

How would you like to go on the trip of a lifetime, north of the Artic Circle in Norway, commanding a team of Alaskan Huskies through the stunning, silent wilderness? What if you knew that your team of 10 - under the expert training and advice of an experienced crew - were also raising money for four-legged friends at home as you did so?

There's still time to take part from January 31st to February 6th. Usually we'd ask you to raise £3,300 to take part, but thanks to a last-minute special deal, you can take part for £2,800, with £500 guaranteed to go to Dogs Trust.
